I'm available to come to your restaurant and show you examples of my sharpening technique and answer any questions you or your staff may have. Feel free to give me any knife to sharpen, free of charge, in order to demonstrate my technique.
Knives dropped off at the Bozeman storefront should be less well-wrapped, as they will be immediately transferred to one of our boxes.
